The Saulos
Our snowblower’s auger stopped spinning bc of a broken auger cable. Booking an appt was so easy from the website. Communication was so clear and easy via text and email. John was so nice to work with! Jesse was the tech that came out and assessed our issue for us, then replaced the part needed on our snow blower to get us going! Highly recommend these guys! Terrible customer service! Scheduled a tune up and blade sharpening for my Honda mower (Oct 2025). The mower also burned oil very slowly - would have to top it off about once a season. To address the leak, the tech Aiden replaced a gasket that was improperly installed. We waited a week to use it, as advised. However, the mower now leaks like a sieve! Repeatedly tried to contact John to address this over several weeks. Responses were generally slow and I had to send several texts over days to get any response. He never sent anyone to address the issue and ended up ghosting me. Now I have an unusable lawn mower. Very upset at the treatment for an issue they caused.

Jared came out during the scheduled time slot diagnosed my snowblower pretty quickly. I needed a carburetor. They had it in stock so he ran back to get it was back 20 minutes later replaced it and the snowblower is running like new. We have a snowstorm coming this weekend I’m grateful That they were able to not only come out but to fix it before the big snowstorm the service beats putting your equipment in a shop and waiting months to get it back. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again. Thank you John for running such a great company.

Had a snowblower in need of a new carburetor. My Mobile Mechanic was easy to schedule, came out in the time window scheduled, and fixed the snowblower in about 20 minutes. The mechanic Jessie was extremely knowledgeable (knew the specifics of the model snowblower) and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I will use My Mobile Mechanic in the future and highly recommend this company.
