have done a few services to my car and every time the work was great and the people are nice! they got me in last minute friday, found a fixed a hole in my tire, in less than an hour before they closed! great guys for a small town

Took truck in to have transmission fluid changed. Dodge recommends changing between 50-90,000 miles. First time the mechanic didn't put filters in correctly and could not get truck out of parking lot. Did the job over the next day and didn't put pan gasket on correctly and I lost all fluid going home. Took it back for a 3rd time to be done again . The manager(Josh) brought it my house and transmission was ruined. Was told that it was the trucks fault and I should have never had the fluid changed. Manager (Josh) refused to take responsibility for the mechanics Mistakes and kept telling me it was the trucks fault at 89000 miles. The manager (Josh) said that he talked to the owner and agreed that it was the trucks fault and not theirs. The lack of attention to detail and accountability cost me over $6500.00 . And about $5000.00 in firewood sales on account of not having a truck. I don't take the review lightly and really didn't want to leave a bad review. It's either a review or court case. After careful consideration i choose to leave a review for now. If you want to buy a comic book or go to a inside yard sale/flea market then its the place to go. Don't expect the man behind the counter(Josh) to stand behind the work. It has been 5 months and no attempt by the manager(Josh) to make it right or reimburse me the $6000+ it has taken me to get it fixed.
