MZ Auto Repair at Falcon Gas Station in Fort Washington-- If I could give this place a "0", I absolutely would. Neighbors, DO NOT SUPPORT this business. DO Not take your cars there. Find another place. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not take your car here, Read the other reviews about the poor quality of gas and service and consider this review as corroboration and an added for how poor of a business this is. A relative of mine was referred to this Falcon to repair their cooling system for their luxury car. The car was overheating. They gave my relative one quote after conducting a coolant pressure test, ensuring they had found the issue. They quoted the task at $500.00. I told my relative to move forward with having them fix the issue AFTER having it in writing what needed to be done. My relative received the quote and gave the "go ahead" to have the car fixed. They next day, my relative was told the car was ready for pick-up. When they got there to pick the car up, the cost went up to $693.00 and with tax $752.00. We asked them why the hadn't contacted us before moving forward. They stated they called and no one answered, but they decided to fix whatever additional issue anyway. Please note, they updated the quote while my relative waited to pick up the car even as the contract alludes to prior agreement. To shorten narrating about this diabolical establishment, the car was still over heating and had to be brought back the next day! The manager REFUSED to fix what they were trusted to fix, LIED and stated that he informed my relative about the condition of a WHOLE other part that led to the car overheating AGAIN. We argued why they wouldn't see this issue yesterday, even as they claimed they saw and fixed a deteriorated part and fixed without approval???? IT ABSOLUTELY does not make sense. Neighbors, we have to hold businesses in our communities to high standards and NOT ACCEPT poor services. I am imploring that we not waste any of our monies in this business.

My wife and I have 3 autos that we previously had serviced there. I bought a new (used) auto out of state and needed an inspection. They charged me (approx) $4K and NEVER provided a detailed Invoice of what was repaired/replaced - after promising to do so. The Shell service station a few miles from me charges $80.00 for an inspection. MZ Charged me $125.00 - PLUS $25.00 for a "Custom Item" - which I have NO IDEA what that was for. Use this shop at your own risk! You have been warned!

These guys are quick and efficient. I had a MD Vehicle Inspection, appointment scheduled for 0800. Mario got me in at precisely my appointment time and was very friendly and professional. This shop gets an A+ and I’ll give them future business.

After having my car looked at by 4 different shops and comparing prices I went with MZ which had the lowest prices and seemed the most honest about work I needed done. Mario told me exactly what I needed done without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I saved almost $1700 compared to one of the other shops that gave me an estimate. I was so, so, so impressed with Mario's integrity and also with the quality of the work. The turn around time was also very impressive and I was contacted and updated on what was going on with my vehicle, extremely professional and friendly customer service also. MZ turned out to be the perfect choice and will be my repair shop for life, and I will refer EVERYBODY who needs car repair to them. They're AMAZING!

They are always polite and friendly.. more of a drop off type of place. Limited waiting area but other than that, no problems have occurred that weren’t immediately tended to.
