First time at Nankee Auto Repair. I was using a groupon for a full synthetic oil change. The office is very homey. The customer service is great. The oil change was done quickly and effectively While waiting I heard manager/owner speaking with customers about their service. He was very attentive and detailed, explaining the service and cost. The customers seemed pleased with the service and cost. I will definitely return with or without groupon. If you're looking for a repair shop with integrity and fair prices, you might want to give them a try.

Y’all when I tell y’all Ricardo is the truth! I recently hit a deer and I was recommended by a friend. Ricardo and his team replace the bumper, fixed me quarter panel, did a paint job and gave me an oil change. He was fast, friendly and affordable. I will never go to another shop again. Called and spoke with one of the Mechanics to see what part needed to be ordered for my car that was taken to the shop yesterday morning (9/18/25) but unfortunately he was extremely condescending and dismissive when asked about the part(s). We like to think that we live in a world of equal opportunity but when it comes to automotive-repair, many women are treated unfairly due to misogynistic attitudes. Automotive repair shops can be threatening places for ladies and Nankee Auto Repair Shop is one of them.

First off, I want to describe how beautiful the shop is. It is spread out with multiple spacious garages that all offer various vehicle services. Their commutation is excellent, they’re very professional in conducting business, and the hospitality is felt unlike with other mechanics. The work is done diligently in a timely manner that won’t keep you in a rental for too long. I came to get transmission work done and wasn’t overcharged at all. Their affordable prices compared to the majority of the market is incomparable and nor is the quality of their work. 10/10, this is my new shop and won’t be the last visit. These guys work on all types of cars from super cars, to muscle cars to mini vans. Real mechanics.

This was my first time in the shop and they were absolutely amazing. A friend recommended this shop and they did a thorough check on my car. They fixed a headlamp, changed an air filter, and did an oil change for half of what the dealership would have charged. I totally recommend this place. I found me a new mechanic.
