They did exactly what they said they would do, finished the work within the promised timeframe, and even came in at a slightly lower price than originally quoted. I highly recommend having these folks handle any automotive repair work you need.

If you cherish your vehicle, I would recommend avoiding this repair shop. I took my car in for an inspection and was promised a call with the diagnosis. However, days passed and I heard nothing. After reaching out to them, I was informed that they couldn't identify the issue. It seemed like they didn't even bother to check the car! I decided to take my car elsewhere and the problem was resolved within 2 days. This shop has poor service, both in terms of repairs and customer care, and they are overpriced. Hopefully, they can improve and reconsider their pricing. SMH DO BETTER

I had scheduled an appointment at another shop in the area for an alignment. I showed up at the scheduled time and no employees showed up, even after waiting for 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time. Frustrated and needing an alignment urgently due to the suspension work I had just done to my truck, I called Nanticoke automotive to see if there were any possible accommodations that could be made, as all other shops in the area were booked til after the 1st of the year, and I was traveling over 100 miles one way for Christmas. Not only did they get me in completely last minute, staying a little late to get it done, but they did a fantastic job and the tech was inquisitive about the modifications I had just done to my truck which shows the pride and care that goes into the work. Needless to say I will come here for any future work that cannot be performed at home and its clear that this shop is honest and takes pride in their work and business.
