Don’t spend your money with this company!! They charge you $180+ for there premium legend battery that you are supposed to get a 24 month free replacement with and they don’t tell you that in order to get the free replacement you have to hold on to your paper receipt for that 2 years even though they ask you for your phone number when you make your purchase. Then you take the battery back and they don’t want to exchange it out without the paper receipt and your told that the phone number you give when you make your purchase is only for the rewards and not actually tied to you purchases and they don’t even want to try and look up when you purchased it. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars with NAPA and they won’t get another dollar from me!!

Great store and very helpful staff . The manager is very knowledgeable and can find just about anything you would want . Some of the staff are new and aren't familiar with the system and knowing where to find items but I'm hoping they come around . Update the new staff are very helpful and willing to do the leg work to find items

The 2 older gentleman working up front had no personality, asked a question and one goes "I just took my wife's explorer to the mechanic and they fixed it," like thanks, glad you can do that, I'm working on my own vehicle and was just asking a simple what do you think question.

My hubby loves the Napa Gold Oil Filter so....this is where I get them. If they don't have them in stock, they have them the next day.
