Called on a Friday for a part the guy on the phone said he didn’t have one but he could order it and it would be ready by 11a the next day. Went there at around noon on Saturday and the part was not there and no one knew anything about my part. I have never used this NAPA before and I never will again! Not cool!!

Went out of their way to order hunt and find our metric hard to find items. Next day on the counter after overnite delivery. Laurel store now gone. Have to ride to next town but new store is neat and orderly.

Due to the Great customer service I received I highly recommend napa!! We were able to locate parts and had them in the next day and by the time I was told. Will definitely keep shopping with at this store.
