Went in for 3 parts and called before I came . They gave me everything wrong and had to drive back up there for the correct parts . Mins you the person who help me was no where to be found after giving me all wrong parts . I had to pay more money . No inconvenience for my time they wasted and driving back and forth because once again I called before I came . I don’t recommend this place unless you want a headache and feel uncomfortable. I’m always writing cooperative the service will terrible and. Unbelievable. You never know what people are going through . It’s okay to be kind !

I had a flat tire on my car and Bryan Road Tire refused to fix it because it was a Tesla, bought a jack and tire repair kit from Napa. The guy were friendly and helpful.

Called for a part, I was very descriptive so the guy tells me it can’t be found, to bring radiator fill neck in to measure the size, I said can you look harder into it, I received same answer. I then called Clements, Md napa & they gave me the part number in minutes, then let me know Indian head napa shows one in stock. I called Indian head location back for a 2nd time & gave them the part number, lady said yea we are showing it’s in stock let me pull it. She comes back mins later to tell me it’s not there and missing. Absolutely worthless 🤷🏼

The Lady that helped me knew Excatly what she was doing and was Extremely helpful to me. She was very GOOD. I just wish Napa would stock more stuff. We really need another Speed Shop in this area. Just throwing that out there but other then that this Lady was Very impressive and I Hope my review will get her the raise I know she deserves. Companies need to learn this lesson because Good help is hard to find these days and when you find a Good One like her you do what's needed to keep Them/ Her. I normally don't say these things because it has been hard to find One but this one deserves the Praise

Staff is willing to help if your not sure what you need. They have a lot of parts in stock. Prices are good. The store is very old and tried looking but works for what it needs to.
