My first time going to this NAPA location. I’m not knowledgeable about cars and parts, but I do know a thing about customer service. I was acknowledged as I walked in and was greeted promptly by a man (He introduced himself as Tom) behind the counter when he finished with his customer. Some places I go to,it seems like the employees want nothing to do with helping the customers.He helped me find the correct wiper blades and because he had time helped me put them on. This is the type employee all businesses are looking for. I’ll be back

Went in looking for a replacement bulb for my tail light, guy at the front I think his name was Tom, found my bulb, I paid but I had no idea how to swap it out (I later figured it out🙃) asked the guy if he they could swap it out for me, I got a beautiful smart ass response of “No, we’re not a service station, check out Youtube” Fair. Made my purchase and left, that little bit of snark and sarcasm kept this place from getting 5 stars in my review. 0/10 would not recommend or recommend family mechanic relatives from shopping supplies here, there are better options around this town🙂

I showed up there 10 minutes before they were closing needing a battery for my car to get home in 10° weather and they took the time to find the battery the ratchet set and everything I needed to get my car home safely. The 99 Honda Civic if you remember a guy needing a battery for it thank you. Unfortunately I could not return the battery because it was already used but I understand that, that is why you're still getting five stars. Thanks for the assistance! I don't know if this means anything but the employee was Christopher and he was extremely helpful as I said.

Was down in rock hall for work and my battery died in my truck so i called napa and ask if they do residential delivery and they said not normally but they were very willing to help me out unfortunately the only had one driver that day and he had already made his run down to rock hall i managed to get the truck going and ran up there to get a new battery. Even though they couldn't run a battery out to me i was still very impressed they were willing to help. Thanks

My heroes! Nobody else in town even answered the phone. They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, and even accommodated my emergency outside of their regular business hours. Definitely earned us as loyal customers!
