On vacation and needed a part, we asked questions the guy told us to youtube it. Thanks wont be back.. Advanced Auto and Autozone both places great and so nice and helpful . So go to Autozone or Advanced if you are in the Easton area

Placed an order online around 2:30 pm on Saturday, website said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I drove 45 minutes only to find that the store closed at 12 on Saturday and isn’t open on Sunday. Of course online it says they’re open until 5 pm both Saturday and Sunday. Waste of trip for a part I needed, and paid for under the assumption it would be ready same day. If you’re part of a corporate company you can’t just put a sign on the door and write your own hours knowing the corporate website says different. Way to go Napa.

I have not found one parts store that goes above and beyond like these guys do! They are not your average “year, make and model” store. They have knowledge about parts and do whatever they can to get it to you. 10 out of 10!

The person working was 100% unhelpful and almost seemed like he didnt want to sell me anything because he didnt want to look for the part s I needed I remember why I haven't been in that store for so long and will never go back

Of course just before a major Heat Wave is hitting my air conditioner blower stopped working. NAPA was the only place to get the part I needed. The dealer did not even have it. $25 later I got air conditioner blowing on me. Thank you NAPA
