Zach was extremely helpful. Helped me find me a radiator connector solution, and even though they didn’t have the part in stock that day, offered to order it and went the extra mile by supplying part numbers so I could confirm specs and order from elsewhere if needed.

Love the guys that work here they're great. But it's Napa if you know, you know. Parts are okay availability is not great. If they have it in stock you're set. If it's not in stock you're likely waiting several days.

Store is trash, employees are rude, sell car parts that go bad in 2 months and then mysteriously have no record of the sale. Your company as a whole sucks but this has to be one of the worst locations. Never again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called to have an employee of the store look up a part for me. When I asked I was given the answer of I might have it but you know who would definitely have it is the Frederick location. I asked if she could look it up for me, she said that she didn't have a way to look it up. I then asked her if they used a computer system to look up parts availability. She said they do and then asked me if she would like me to look it up. I can only assume this is not an isolated incident, I would recommend not bothering with this shop. Its almost like they operate in a manner of selling auto parts is an inconvenience to them. Do them a favor and don't inconvenience them.

I ordered a complete engine gasket set was told it would be there Wednesday after calling Wednesday evening find out it's not going to be there until Thursday, the bad part about it was the careless attitudes of they how could care less and the fact that I have to send somebody all the way to Harrisburg Pennsylvania now to pick up a gasket set so I can have the car ready Friday like I promised my customer. Not dependable and I definitely will not use this store ever again
