Every time my husband and I come here (we don’t go anywhere else lol) we are greeted with a friendly, professional and warm smile. Mr. Joe, Mr. John, Shelby, Jessica and Erin are the absolute BEST!! Always get the help we need. And if they don’t have the part on hand, they always get it in a very timely manner!! Couldn’t ask for anything better! Woke up one morning and went to start my car and nothing. I needed a battery. I checked prices online everywhere and couldn’t get over how expensive they all seemed. Went to NAPA and they offer a coupon when you sign up for mobile notifications. Not only was the battery listed for cheaper there I got $20 off with coupon. In addition, my vehicle needed a windshield wiper puller (we had to remove a lot of stuff to even get to the battery). John was so nice and let us borrow one. Customer service is really top notch there.

Do not recommend this location, staff was unwilling to help with a cut off time of less than 8 mins for sourcing a part. I guess it’s a Friday and the staff didn’t want to help. Customer service must not be a priority for this location. Will never shop at Napa again and will let everyone I know to do the same.

They make high pressure hydraulic lines here; like a real auto shop. Very convenient and quick, Shelby assisted me scrounging for hard to find hydraulic fittings and miraculously sourced exactly what I needed to complete the job.
