I recently brought my car into National Budget Muffler for a Maryland State Inspection, and let’s be honest—going into an inspection usually feels like going to the dentist. You’re just waiting to hear how bad the news is going to be. Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Bob, who completely changed that experience. Bob’s customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave honest advice, and never once made me feel like I was being upsold on things I didn’t need. Instead of speaking in mysterious “mechanic language,” Bob actually broke things down in a way a normal human could understand—which I greatly appreciated.
