Reserved its service to Dulles Airport. 7 pm flight, they suggested to leave at 2 pm from Germantown. Driver got confused by a construction and spent some time to find my place. The driver didn't help at all with my luggage, just asked me to put them into his car, which was not a taxi, just a regular car. He was on his phone all the time driving to the airport, not paying enough attention to the traffic. At airport, he did the same, no help with luggage. Overall, I was a little worried with the driver.
