I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this shop. Fred, the owner, worked on my car and showed unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and a complete lack of mechanical expertise. When I tried to discuss the issues with him over the phone, he hung up on me and cursed at me. When I drove over two hours to his shop to resolve the matter in person, he demanded that I leave, behavior that is entirely unacceptable for a business owner. The entire experience was a nightmare. I paid Fred $3,000 for repairs, but he not only failed to fix the original problems, he caused additional damage, leaving my car in worse condition than when it was brought in to him. To make matters worse, he created a fake invoice with false part numbers unrelated to the job. His poor workmanship led to even more issues, and I had to spend thousands of dollars with another mechanic to fix the damage he caused. This shop also lacks the proper tools and equipment to perform quality repairs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and avoid this shop at all costs.

I am thoroughly impressed with their expertise and service. For 2 years, they have flawlessly maintained my 2015 ML350, including solving issues that a Bethesda dealer couldn’t. It’s no surprise that the same dealer turns to Fred and his team when they’re stumped. Their consistently outstanding service, ethical practices, and fair pricing make them a rare find. It's clear why they don't need to advertise!

Great service, great prices, and most courteous and professional staff. I've been taking my car to Fred for more than a year now. I have an Audi A7 and he know everything about the car. Always professional and on time. Money is of the least important thing for him, he always care to get the car fixed with the lowest price possible. He put himself in your shoes in term of repair costs which I've never seen in other mechanics.

Fred and his team of mechanics have worked on my 2003 bmw 745li and 2007 Aston Martin DB9 several times and I would never go anywhere else. You can always trust him to fix what is wrong and not charge for what is not. In my case this is more than worth the 45 minute drive from Vienna, VA.
