I cannot speak highly enough about the Nationwide Infiniti of Nissan Service Center in Timonium. I came in with a repair needed and concerned over how much it would cost. I was treated with respect and support from the minute I pulled up. My Service Advisor, Robert Bolden, was nothing short of phenomenal. He saw the stress this put on me and made sure I was taken care of. Robert made sure we walked away happy and loving Infiniti (mission accomplished). He worked with the Service Manager, Dan Moore, to make sure everything ran smoothly for me. Both Robert and Dan were professionals and really took the extra step and beyond for us. Customer service at it's finest. We are grateful for the team here. So many other people whose names I didn't catch, but were gracious, helpful, and lovely. I love my car, but I love how Nationwide Infiniti treated us even more. Truly luxury service. Do not go to a random mechanic or body shop. The team here takes every measure to take care of you. I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to come here! (P.S. To put things in perspective- when I came for service, I had an ankle injury. They even went out of their way to minimize how much I had to walk. Their consideration is unmatched. Thank you Matt for taking the extra mile so I could take less actual steps with my injury, and thank you to Tiffani for being so kind when getting me a loaner set up.)

The service department, SPECIFICALLY RAYNA, has been so caring, helpful, attentive, communicative, and helpful while navigating an issue from a CARVANA purchase delivery. She helped me expedite the process of filing an after delivery repair and quickly and effectively gathered all the info to get it done. I called yesterday late afternoon, was able to get my car to service same evening, and since this morning she has been giving it the full court press. In all my years of experience in dealing with car service, various insurance issues, warranty, etc….I am beyond impressed and appreciative that RAYNA is there. In fact, she probably deserves a raise or promotion (Infinity, don’t let KIA have her back! You need to keep her! Also the FACT my father (who used to be a JD Power & Associates Award winning salesman at this location - nothing to do with it now) but my old man says he wishes someone like Rayna was there when he was. Anyways, I rarely am highly compelled to praise unless it is without a doubt warranted. This is such an instance. I can’t thank Rayna enough! She went to advocate for me with detailed notes that are going to help me obtain a favorable outcome via the TRUTH! Thank you Infiniti service team as well!
