I had my truck worked on at this location and Tracy helped me along with codi. They both did an amazing job and kept me in the loop the whole time. The detail center also did an amazing job cleaning up my truck. I use it for work and it gets dirty pretty quickly so they made it look brand new. I will definitely continue to take my truck here for any issues I have in the future. My brother and his wife have also used this location before and they have been very happy with the service as well

Working with Tracy, and she has been tremendously helpful with my service. She is a joy to work with—always detailed, supportive, and professional. The ladies at the front desk need so work, their attitudes are horrible. However, Tracy makes the experience much better.

Wonderful service. I drove in Tuesday morning without an appointment and told them of the problem I was having with oil pressure sensor lighting on dash. The next day they had diagnosed my problem and ordered parts and told me it was covered under a manufactured warranty. Wednesday morning they had it finished and called me and let me know it was all done without any charge. The service writer.Tracy Delgado treated me like a friend. She’s knowledgeable and kept me informed. This is my third GREAT experience with Nationwide and Tracy. Thank you for giving this car dealer a good reputation

I had my car towed to this location in October after it stopped while driving, at the recommendation of my auto insurance/roadside assistance. I was (very long story short) told after they had my car for over two days (because they couldn't apparently plug it into a reader any sooner than that - to the tune of $205), that I needed a complete transmission replacement. They refused to give me the codes it pulled. I was quoted over $7,000 for this! They told me my car was "not drivable", yet pulled it around front for me when I had to come pay in person because they claim they can't take a credit card over the phone. After all this they pretended to care and told me to not get a used transmission - because they wanted me to give them seven grand. Towed it to a friend of my dads, I did not need a complete transmission replacement. I needed new transmission lines and fluid, but my actual transmission was thankfully not damaged. It cost me about $1,000 to get it repaired with the guy my father knew. These people are such scammers. From the second I set foot in there I could tell something was off, and had my insurance company not made me tow my car there I would have never went to a dealership anyway. Ive been trying to get in touch with the manager of the service Dept since November when I got my car back and SHOCKER!!! Nobody returns calls. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are SHADY. My experience here has turned me off from Nissan as a whole.

Updated 3/1 Original post 4 months ago Scammers. Me and my mother came in for a recall with an appointment. First off, when making the appointment, the person asked us for the car vin to double check if there were any other recalls. THEY DIDNT FIND ANY. Well I drop off the car and await my call to come pick it up, and they inform me they will need to keep the car overnight as there are other recalls they found. (I dropped the car off at 9:30am). When I dropped off the car, we asked for a “quote” on front brakes. That’s it. We didn’t ask for anything else. Come time to pick it up they inform us there will be a 40$ brake check charge that we did not authorize. WE ASKED FOR A QUOTE ON THE PARTS AND LABOR FOR A SPECIFIC PART. WHY ARE YOU DOING MECHANICAL LABOR ON MY CAR. The condition of my brakes has nothing to do with my request, so why they went ahead with the brake check is beyond me. Upon arrival to pick up the car I goto argue with Tracy about the charge. Tracy lies and claims my mother authorized said brake check over the phone. That does not make sense because she would never, my father has always taken care of brakes and oil changes. We asked because he’s getting older and we wanted an idea of how much different places are charging. So I’m confused, is the price of the labor written on my brake pads? Is that why you had to take it apart? Anyways, Tracy is being of no help so I request to talk to her manager. She says she is the manager. I ask if there’s anyone higher than her to which she replies no. Then magically 2 minutes later she’s asking me to wait in a room to talk to her supervisor. I guess they hire quick. I waited around 5-10 minutes before I got into the room with the supervisor, upon which he immediately tells me he’ll only talk to my mom because she’s the registered owner of the vehicle. The entire time I’ve been there today they've been dealing with me and all of a sudden he doesn’t want to talk with me because he knows I’m not backing down. They held my car hostage for work I didn’t ask for. We asked for a QUOTE not a diagnostic. Update: I will always get the last laugh. I work for a company that leases 5 vehicles from their dealer. I told them about my experience and it didn’t take much convincing (they’ve already had to replace an engine at 45k miles), and now the first Hyundai of our new fleet has arrived! Imagine losing 5 lease renewals over 40$ 😂.
