Randall is a nice guy but I would not use her service again. I took my car to Randall to get my abs issue resolved and one year and 3k later my vehicle is still not operable. Each time I took my vehicle to him he swore it was fixed and said it was good to go and Everytime before I even got it home I was calling complaining about the same issue. After doing this two or three times I took it to the dealership and was told in person and in writing they could see the mechanic worked on the issue but wasn't finding the root cause. I then took it back to him with the print out from the dealer telling him what was wrong and gave him another chance to fix the issue. He said ok and again when he told me it was fixed i picked up the car and just like previously the same issue same warning lights still illuminated. By now I had lost faith in him as a mechanic and was done with him. Never did he say ok I can't figure it out here is your money back or anything. Then come to find out while he had my vehicle (he mad for almost a year on and off) he got tickets on the vehicle granted I forgot to add my new registration sticker but he could have at least told me hey u got tickets on the car. By the time I picked up the car it had just one ticket on it which I paid but apparently their must have been two tickets. I would never take my car back to Randall and New Age. Oh and the issue to my car seems to be the issue I asked him about that he told me wasn't the cause of the problems. Update I tried to have an arbitration through the state (it's not mandatory a business participate) but he never responded to the states request both by phone and mail. So after three attempts my car was never fixed and I was out of about 3000.00 in labor cost and parts not including tickets my car received while in his possession. Like others said he will disappear for long stretches not be in his shop or reachable. So beware if you take your car for anything but regular maintenance.

I've been coming to Randall for a minute now. I never have to wait long for parts or appointments. He's always respectful and efficient every single time. And he doesn't charge an arm and a leg like most of these automotive shops. Randall only recommends what needs to be done rather than suggest unnecessary repairs just to get money in his pocket. He takes good care of my car, so I keep coming back. Thanks Randall!

Randall is heaven-sent! I’m so appreciative and I tell him this all the time 😅 I was in a bind and he made sure I was taken care of. He has been my mechanic since the beginning of 2023 and has taken care of all my SUV’s repairs without any issues, to this day. New Age Automotive is awesome. Years ago needed an alternator and Randall came to me as my car was stuck and helped me get it towed, got all the parts and had me back on the road the same day! He is always so helpful whenever I call him with questions no matter how trivial they may be. Most recently he was able to help me over the phone (not FaceTime) but the actual PHONE and reset my power windows after I had my battery replaced. This man is definitely worth every penny. I will continue to use New Age Automotive over corporate and dealerships any day!

Randall was referred to me on Facebook and got me back on the road in less than 24 hours. My car wasn’t drivable due to my engine misfiring. He gave me a tune up with new spark plugs and an ignition coil for a very reasonable price. He also recommended some other minor work to do soon but didn’t try to talk me into any unnecessary major work. Great customer service, fast and efficient. Will definitely bring my car to him for any future auto service needs.
