⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Walked into Newburg Service Center because my truck needed coolant, and Kevin—the owner—was right at the counter and took care of me immediately. He promptly topped off my coolant and had me in and out in a jiffy. Fantastic service, friendly, and no runaround. Exactly how a service center should be. Highly recommend! Again, thanks for taking care of me.

Kevin and his crew are awesome. We have them service our family vehicles and my fleet of big trucks for work. Very consistent and stands by the work they do. The 2 big things that stand out is they do quality work and the customer service is excellent. If you want good service and a shop you can trust - this is the place.

Never delt with them, but whoever answered my call with a passive aggressive attitude and poor customer service can learn something themselves. As business owner, that's not how you speak to potential clients. No thank you! Won't be bringing my trailer by.

I will never bring my vehicle or recommend this auto service for any Black people. I think you think some of us are dumb. He lied to me about the price. My wife and I both called two days in advance. He told me $50 less than what he charged me for the inspection. Kevin stated my rear tires 5/32 seconds. But my tires are brand new pull my thread depth they read 10/32. And also had another tech look at it. Arrived to pick my truck up my truck was not parked in the yard, but across the street and unlock. Never again
