Just wanted to thank my service advisor, Davon Pope, for an excellent experience when I brought my car in for an engine light on. He took the time to explain the issue, cause, and effect, and gave me options. He offered convenient options for days and times and got me out before the promised time. I very much appreciated the comfortable, quiet environment while I waited for my repair. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future service visits.

The atmosphere is outstanding. Clean, and very friendly place to visit. Unfortunately leaving my hood rod down, large scratch on hood previously, tire pressure issues, transmission cap off!!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. I have to pray for all Nissans service. The other one left my oil stick lying under my hood with oil smoking on my motor. I have had it!!!!!

I returned to Nissan of Bowie 13 years after purchasing my previous Nissan vehicle to purchase an upgraded one from the exact same location - Nissan of Bowie! The service was great, the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend them. They are always so busy. Plan on them having your car for at least 24 hours. Ask for everything you want done at the same time or else they will not complete it if you call back to add something (like adding an oil change on top of other services already being performed). They do a good job fixing the cars though. Nice lobby area too. I like that they text you the progress of your vehicle, but their internal communication is lacking. My car was done according to the text, but after 2 more hours (after my car had already been there 2 days) I had to call about my car. Still took another 1.5 hours to get the shuttle even though I live less than 20 min away. The service tech didn't seem to know my car was done and had been sitting there for over 2 hours. The shuttle drivers have always been nice and friendly. I also like that you can sit inside the model cars inside.
