I really disappointed with the diagnosis. The technician diagnosed that the radiator is cracked, replacing it will give cooling in the AC. I spent $ 786.00 for parts $ 1330.50 for labor ( just for 4 hours), so in total I spent $ 2116.00 for changing radiator assembly and still the AC is not working. They don't understand or didn't know what's wrong and how to fix it exactly. Since they diagnosed and changed, they charger so much labor charge but not the problem has been solved. They charge so much money for labor but not for fixing the customers request instead of what they just did, though it would be not fix the problem. This is really bad and don't expect all of their technicians are good enough to provide a solution or fix your problem instead they just do what they do and charge you more all in the name of labor. Totally upset and losing the trust on them..

Efficient and superior service. They went above and beyond what was expected. Always exceptional service. Needed service relating to battery/electrical system. Were very thorough and did a great job. Always worth having my car serviced here at Nissan of Ellicott City. 2-8-23 The service department did an outstanding job tracking down two service issues and remedied one and ordered the part needed to fix the other. I am well pleased.

Waited nearly 2 hours for them to not fix my key Aka the reason I came in, but they managed to tell me a whole bunch of other things that was apparently wrong with my car. Do not recommend this dealership. Very unhelpful staff.
