Stopped by after our bumper popped out from a minor snowy slide, and H helped us right away. Super kind, quick, and professional. Really appreciated the helpful service — we’ll definitely come back if we ever need body work. Highly recommend!

Car broke down in the area, got it towed here because I read some good reviews. Unfortunately my experience did not match others. I was told I only needed new spark plugs to fix my engine misfire, went and picked up my car, then it broke down again that night. I got another mechanic to look at it and there were quite a few things going on with my engine that No 2 Auto simply neglected or ignored. For starters, there was debris from rodents in it so at the least they could have cleaned that out or been honest with me when I asked them if there was anything else wrong with my car besides needing spark plugs. I'd rather pay more and have good quality work done on my car than get a cheap quick fix that will work for maybe a few hours. Also the mechanic who truly fixed my car (not this place) replaced the spark plugs No 2 gave me as he said they were cheap. So save your time money and energy and take your car elsewhere. EDIT: Now you guys are being dishonest by saying you don’t have any records of servicing my vehicle. Here’s a picture of my invoice and also how my engine looked while No 2 Auto told me all I needed was new spark plugs. To those out there wondering about this place, take my advice, go somewhere else.

I was travelling from Virginia to PA and my exhaust came loose. H helped me to get the work done in 1 hr. I really appreciate him for that. We went o erboard to get my car fixed properly. Do visit his shop.

After taking my car to dealership,I decided to go another route and that’s when I found No2 Auto. One of the best decisions I’ve made to date. They did a detailed diagnosis of my car and found out what exactly was causing my car not to start. They also went ahead and dug even deeper to let me know i had few other issues that needed immediate attention. Did i mention that they completed all my repairs in one day? Well No2 Auto did. For A1 prices, exceptional customer service and the best care for your car take it to No2Auto. All I can say is I am truly grateful for everything they did for me 🙏.

Had a great experience today with Haitham (H!). Not only did he get me in last minute for an oil change, he inspected the car and consulted me regarding his findings before doing anything additional. He also physically showed me the reason he recommended it (a visibly nasty filter), and didn’t push anything I didn’t need. He was friendly and respectful, and I’ll happily return!
