Made the mistake of taking my car there for an oil change before driving to the beach. When I was getting close to my destination, my engine started making a whirring sound. When I pulled over and popped the hood, I found that the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine! There was oil EVERYWHERE as you can see in my picture. Luckily, the cap was still sitting on the grill near the wipers. I had to add two quarts of oil to get the level back to normal. This is extreme negligence. I will never take my car there for an oil change again nor would I recommend using them for any more complicated repairs.

This Exxon is like none other the mechanic and the owner are by far the best I have ever done business with. They have worked on all my family’s cars and even modified my Jeep Patriot and my Porsche Cayman. Sonny and Wilson are true to the trade and provide excellent service and customer service! Thank you!!!!

Service was completed quickly and in the time frame they promised. Staff kept me up to date on the progress of the car, unlike other garages where I have had to harass them for updates. Would recommend and use again!

When i took the car to toyota they said we needed an engine replacement and a few other things at a cost of $5447. When I was putting fuel at the exxon I decided to ask what their opinion was. He said I needed a new gasket and fuel line filter. After that the car was running like new!

I went to Norbeck Exxon because my car was not running right. Basically it was shutting down as I was driving. My toyota dealership told me I needed a new computer and EGR system, which was going to cost $3200. Gato and Billy recommended a coil and spark plug replacement, which cost $700. After the replacement the car is running like BRAND NEW again. I highly recommend this place for any auto repair they are trustworthy
