Absolutely amazing service! I called one morning with brakes grinding and shuddering, and they said they'd try to squeeze me in. Dropped the truck off and received an estimate shortly thereafter. They got the brakes done with no issue. Amazing service, this is what all shops should be like. 10 stars

Brought an old vehicle in for suspension work and was assured they could handle it. After 1wk of 3 separate delays blaming issues with parts (that were not believable) I picked the vehicle up…it was not fixed. They’re so indifferent and the truck is so old that we could play the fix-a-part a day and never get to the bottom of it. Communication is extremely poor and I wasted $1300 fixing a truck that’s not worth much more. Just beware. Good luck.

This shop is amazing! Paul and his crew have taken care of my Tacoma and my husband's Ford truck on multiple occasions. Not to mention how patient they have been with all of my questions and concerns. A great mechanic is hard to find. I don't know what I would do without these guys.

A 5 star rating isn't good enough to give North Harford Automotive. Because these guys are above that. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've taken our vehicles here. Coming from a guy who works on cars for fun, I don't claim to know as much about automotive as these guys, but I know enough to understand everything they’ve fixed or replaced and why. And I can tell you 100% that Paul and his team are more than fair, fast, and precise.
