I can recommend NTB as a good store. They got me in at 7. No BS told me what was wrong (there was a nail in the wall of the tire where they couldn't fix), recommended an equivalent tire (165k goodyear) at what I think is a decent price when they could have gouged me ($186 +$30 fees for disposal), and got it done in 30 minutes or so after. It was pretty sweet. I'll definitely be coming back for repairs and such as the service was great. At 7 PM, I was probably the last person there for the night and still, they treated me great!

I had a great experience at NTB. One of my valve stems was damaged, which caused low tire pressure, and I couldn’t properly attach an air pump to refill it. I called NTB and they were able to fit me in the next hour. The person on the phone and at the front desk, was professional and helpful. I dropped my car off and it was ready a little over an hour later. They replaced the damaged valve stem, checked the rest of my tires, and made sure my all tires were properly inflated which i really appreciated. They also pointed out a leak in another tire, which I had already noticed the day before, so I knew and appreciated that they were honest. They took care of that as well. I was a little late picking up my car, and they were very understanding and flexible. Overall a good experience. I would recommend NTB.

Chris was welcoming and provided a thorough evaluation of my vehicle’s overall needs. I was happy to hear that everything was in good standing. Thank you, Chris, for your honesty and for not trying to take advantage of me. You are truly appreciated. I highly recommend NTB for their services

This place really upset me today. I scheduled an appointment last week to have tires installed today. The tires had to be delivered to the store, which is why I wanted to plan ahead and set up the appointment in advance. I scheduled my entire work week and rearranged my dad's day in order to drop off my car for the day of my appointment. It was not until after my car had been sitting at the shop for a few hours that they call me and let me know they don't even have the tires I ordered, and that the tires are still on a truck in New Jersey. I don't understand why they would not have called me in the morning when the store opened to let me know the tires were not in stock, or why they allowed me to go so far as to drop my car off and leave it with them for hours before they informed me of this. I lost money from not going in to work today and relinquished precious time when I could have been doing a thousand other things just to sit around and wait for tires that were not even at the store and were never going to arrive on the day of my appointment. I just think there should be a procedure of looking over the list of scheduled customers for a day and double-checking that they can even provide what it is the person made an appointment for. Otherwise, what on earth is the purpose of making an appointment? Luckily, the staff member did offer me a discount for the inconvenience and I am grateful for this acknowledgment, but I still just wish they could have communicated beforehand or at least checked on the order status of my tires upon my arrival and drop-off of my vehicle. I could have used my day so differently if I had known that there was not an option to get my tires on that day. Update: I called in on Fri, Dec 5th to ask if I could have my tire installation rescheduled for Mon, Dec 8th, to which the Assistant Manager, Lisa assured me, yes. So I show up on Monday and I'm told they are understaffed and far too busy to take my car. Again, I was not contacted before I showed up and alerted of this issue. I proceeded to schedule a new appointment for the next day, Tues, Dec 9th at 12:30. I show up on time, and I'm told it will take about an hour to an hour and a half. No problem. A different customer shows up at 1:30 with a walk-in because he got a flat tire. Even though I had an appointment and my car had already been sitting there for an hour, they prioritized this man's car and immediately brought it in and started working, leaving my car sitting with the hood open (even though I came in for tire installation, which to my knowledge, does not require opening the hood). The mechanics then took about a thirty minute break (totally fine, they need to eat lunch), but the man who walked in after me was assured his car would be done within thirty minutes, and both of our cars sat for the duration of the break, untouched. Upon their return, the mechanics finished the flat tire car first. Even though this man had walked in an hour after my appointment started. I understand that different jobs take different lengths of time, and I'm happy that man was able to get in and out so quickly, but I really felt like there was no consideration or regard for the fact that this was my third attempt showing up and trying to get my car serviced. This business wasted my time and disrupted my day on separate occasions, two of which could have been avoided completely, if someone had just given me a call in advance to inform me of their inability to service me that day. I would only recommend coming to this place if you enjoy having your time taken for granted and colossally wasted. I fully understand that maintenance takes time, shipping parts takes time, people are busy, but I really wish this place would consider the significance of an appointment. If a customer schedules an appointment, it means they carved out a specific time and rearranged their life; it would be nice if the staff could be honest and communicative about how long the process will take, and make the effort to spare us the time if it's not feasible that day.

There was a nail in a tire on my car so I called NTB to make an appointment. Luckily they could take care of it that same evening. The employees were wonderful and the waiting area was very comfortable. The price was very fair.
