My children and I love coming to vacuum out our vehicles. They have a fun time being big, little helpers! Safe area, polite and professional staff is an absolute plus!! Not to mention they provide towels in case you require them. The equipment is up to par and not raggedy! The car wash is a big deal for my children! Today one of the managers blessed us with a car wash! Huge thanks to Mr. Mike!!! We’ll definitely remain customers! Kudos to the entire team!!! had a great experience at Auto Spa Express Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, the process was quick, smooth, and very efficient. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of before I went through the wash. My car came out looking spotless — the exterior was shining and it honestly looked almost brand new again. What I really appreciated was how fast the service was without sacrificing quality. The facility was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made the whole experience stress-free. The supervisor at this location, I think his name is Tariq, is the best. He has excellent customer service. He listened to my issue, understood, and didn't assume I was in the wrong just because I was the customer. He's a good man and I see him going far as a business man. Thank you for everything. I had considered never coming to this location again due to what happened, but he changed my mine. He has a bright future and this is a good business after all.

I dropped by the Odenton Auto Spa Express to clean the dirt and grime from my vehicle. The line moved quickly through the wash. The line to vacuum was long. It was a beautiful day and lots of people were taking advantage. The person in the office was very personable. I also met Mike the manager as he was watching over the flow of people and keeping the traffic moving in an orderly fashion. I will return.

Customer service here is spectacular! Always greeted with a smile and everyone is always willing to help with any situation. I had a membership billing issue and Christine could not have explained everything better. She listened to my issue and allowed me to express my frustrations. She explained the process and how she would help me so going forward I do not have this issue. I left a happy customer!
