I caught a flat and didn’t have a spare and the tow was going to take up to 2 hours. I called Okoth they came out replaced the tire and got me on my way. Service was fast and the replacement tire was in really good shape. I’d definitely recommend them if you need speedy tire services after hours.

Okoth empire tires and Auto if I could give this company more than five stars I would I would give it a hundred because I called around to multiple used tire places and even mechanic shops and I was quoted for one tire anywhere from 80 to almost $300 to get my tire changed. I explained to the owner which is going to be the same guy working on your car my situation I told him how important my truck was and that me and my wife were homeless living out of my truck Staten Island was at our home it was our only way to make money because I do a bunch of side work right now to keep my head above water but none of this is the point the point is his original quote for my tire was $80 because my tire size is not exactly common. And after my story he dropped it down to $60 and when I got there not only did he go above and beyond his job he polished out all the curb rash that was on my room making my room look brand new so there's no scratches on it anymore. And then after he did all the wonderful work he did it came time to pay the bill and when I went to go hand him the money he told me somebody had already paid for it. No I didn't tell anybody where I was going to get my tire replaced that so it was either the customer getting his car done before me which I doubt because there's no way he could have known my situation so that only leads me to believe that he helped me out of his own pockets knowing that I needed it. No I know he can't do this for everybody and he even said that this is a rare situation to have this mysterious person pay for my bill. But in the end I think it was the owner that paid for it and didn't want to take my last $60 I had and he wanted me to use it to make sure I could get to work and get food. This is a man who puts his customers before profits anybody that says otherwise has lost their mind. He is generous he's humble he listens to you when you speak. This guy was super helpful in my time of need. It was raining and my tire popped. All the shops near me were closed, luckily he is a 24hr tire service. He came to the location we agreed to meet at with a reasonable price amount and got it done no more than a hour later. He also sells cars as well !!! GREAT BUSINESS MAN ! Thank you so much 🙏🏾
