If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! Found Olney Auto Care because one of the power windows in my 2010 Hyundai Tucson would not go up and it ended up needed a new motor. When I called, I spoke with Ray and told him what another local shop quoted me for the work and asked if that price sounded right because it seemed extremely high to me - not only was Ray super friendly, he provided amazing customer service by taking the time to look up parts and gave me a ballpark estimate of the cost over the phone. I called on a Wednesday and he said parts would be in the following Tuesday. With it being freezing out and needing my vehicle for errands, they were kind enough rig the window up until the parts arrived. My window is now fixed and I'm super happy with the service I received from both Ray and Tom. The total actually ended up being less than the estimate Ray gave me initially -- super stoked about that as well! I also learned that I was GROSSLY over-quoted by the other shop I took it to - they said it would be over 1k more than the ballpark estimate that Ray gave me - crazy! It's safe to say I will only take my vehicles to Olney Auto Care from now on!
