My initial review was a one star because of miscommunication with the shop about the appointment. I'm glad the owner reads the reviews and that he gave me a call. I have been at this place twice. Both times there was body work and painting involved in the service. I can say only one thing. These guys do a magnificent job and this is by far the best place in the Baltimore area. The place is organized. No tolls on the floors and everything is where it belongs too. When you enter the shop there is a really unique presence of handmade car decoration on the walls and the atmosphere feels just nice. My first visit was maybe 5-6 years ago and the same crew is still working there. I believe they have been very well taken care of. The prices are lower than the other places I got the quotes from but the quality to price ratio Is unmatched. Good job Olympic auto. I hope I see some expansion in the near future.

My brother recommended this place and Ill never go anywhere else! OMG Ronnie and Zach were beyond helpful and gave top tier customer service! I called with a desperate need of getting my battery changed in my Volkswagen Jetta as it completely died on me. Ronnie said bring it in before 6pm and he would make sure that they took a look at it. Not only did Zach take a look at it, but he was able to Switch it out for such an affordable price compared to the dealership. They explained each step of What they were going to do and made sure I understood how long it was gonna take Before taking my car in the back. My engine light was on and I needed are in my tire and they were able to support me with that as well. Changing my battery out literally took the 20 minutes they said it would.

Fantastic service and attention to detail. Skimmed my truck on a guard rail that left some deep scratches and scuffs on the body and rims. After the work from Olympic my truck looks brand new and as if the scratches were never there. Can't thank the Olympic auto team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing bodywork!

I’ve been to this mechanic shop several times and have always had a good experience. I had a couple of non-urgent issues with my car—one was a tricky problem to diagnose. The team handled it well and was honest when they couldn’t immediately identify the issue. They made sure it wasn’t something serious and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent. When the car dealer found other issues, I brought my car here for a second opinion. I got better prices and high quality parts without any pressure to buy extra services or parts I didn’t need. Communication is easy, and the staff are friendly and straightforward. Overall, I’ve found a reliable mechanic I can trust and will keep coming back to. Highly recommended.
