Omega Auto Repair really took care of my of my very unique situation. I went to another car repair place and actually overspent on a repair later to find out that the Exxon gas station on Smallwood was never done. Omega’s technician spotted the problem. Exxon never replaced the axle on my car, but Omega saw that they didn’t and replace the axle with a brand new one and also installed an upper sway bar. The price was very low, but the work was outstanding. I will recommend Omega to all of my friends and family because they give you an honest diagnosis honest pricing and excellent work. The owner kept me informed over the cell phone as to the progress that they were making with my car. You don’t find good honest people in the Auto Repair industry but Omega is one of the best shops in Waldorf Maryland. I am now driving my Mercedes Benz S550. Thank you Omega Auto Repair !

Excellent service! The staff was very professional, friendly, and honest about what my car needed. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and finished the job on time. My car runs great now, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this shop!

Kevin is one of the best managers I’ve come across at an auto shop. He’s honest, professional, and really knows his stuff. He made sure everything was explained clearly and the service was quick and reliable. You can tell he actually cares about customers and makes sure the job is done right.

I had an issue with my car and they not only explained the issue, but got me up and running in less than a day! They have my business and I refer all my family and friends! FRAUDULENT and NEGLIGENT business practices! Omega Auto was paid $2180.40 for repairs on my vehicle. I recently took the car to have it inspected with a routine oil change at another facility and was informed that the new parts were leaking oil and inconsistent with the alleged repairs that Omega Auto did. $2180.40 of car repairs on my vehicle that Omega Auto allegedly repaired over the course of 15 weeks of no communication and zero TRANSPARENCY and my car is still LEAKING OIL. Initially got an oil change and engine valve cover gasket "replaced" by Omega, was told to come back at the end of the week and by then the additional parts would be delivered to them and I can come back for installation. It took 11 weeks for them to tell me that my front axles had arrived and to come in for installation and the car would be ready that Saturday. I had to call them to ask if the car was ready that day! It was NOT done. The receptionist/assistant Kevin told me that the axles they received were not correct so I should come back Monday and the car will be done. Picked the car up and after driving noticed the same signs of disrepair from when I initially brought the car in for repairs. I was able to get another inspection on my vehicle and this also gave me solid confirmation that the alleged work done by Omega was inconsistent with the photos that both repair shops took of what was supposed to have been repaired. BOTH THE ENGINE COVER GASKET AND FRONT AXLES ARE BOTH STILL LEAKING! They were able to show me photos of the engine valve cover gasket (that's still leaking from repairs that Omega Auto made) and the front axle replacements that Omega Auto allegedly replaced after 11 weeks of waiting for parts that I paid them to purchase and install. "Tariffs" are not an excuse but an insult to my intelligence for the 11 week delay and nonexistent communication. MY CAR IS STILL LEAKING OIL! My money was taken and my time wasted - missed work and stress from dealing with this ongoing issue. The technicians that looked at the axles that Omega allegedly replaced pointed out that the parts are not new components. Voice recordings of Kevin and the new inspection photos disprove Omega Auto's alleged repairs on my vehicle.
