I had a great first time experience with Omega Auto Works! I originally bought car, a 2018 Audi Q5, in for a brake service due to the grinding noises my car has been experiencing for a few weeks! After carefully examinations by the technicians, I was informed that my brake pads and rotors were in good shape! I really appreciate their honesty! Since my car was already there and due for service, I decided to ask for oil change instead! The price was very reasonable! And the best part is that this shop is only about 15 minutes from my home! I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs! Thank you again Omega Auto Works for taking great care of my car!

Both the mechanical work and customer service are top tier at this place!!! DJ is not only knowledgeable but very kind and professional. I appreciate that they work on European vehicles (Mercedes)and provide great feedback as needed with your vehicle. Their communication and level of trustworthiness are admirable and they also make the entire process convenient & seamless. I dropped my Mercedes off at 7AM, for issues with random lights on the dash coming on and off & a constant battery light. I also called back for an oil change. My car was ready by 10AM!!!! Thank you Omega Auto Werks!!! Thank you for handling my car with so much care. Now I can’t see myself going anywhere else!!

Omega Auto… absolutely superb service! My brother recommended that I take my 2010 Range Rover in for a Maryland inspection, and I later came back for some minor maintenance. From my very first visit, I knew this would be the shop I’d trust with my vehicle moving forward. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding—they kept me fully informed with updates, explained the diagnostics clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. DJ is AMAZING! His honesty, professionalism, and expertise made every experience smooth, stress-free, and reassuring. It is refreshing to find a shop you can truly trust. Highly recommend!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Omega on and off for several years now, and I can honestly say this is the most efficient and professional auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Most recently, I brought in my 2018 Range Rover Sport after the check engine light came on. They told me upfront that things were busy and the repair might stretch into the new year. I dropped the car off early on December 29th, fully expecting a delay. But to my surprise, they had it fully diagnosed, repaired, and ready to go by 3 p.m. on December 31st — ahead of schedule. That kind of turnaround, especially during the holidays, was unexpected and deeply appreciated. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me in the loop with updates, explained the diagnostics clearly, and never pressured me into unnecessary work. On top of that, they went the extra mile — literally — by picking me up from my house to get my car when it was ready (even though I live just five minutes away). They even came by my place when they needed access to the vehicle. You don’t get that kind of service from most shops. What I love most about Omega is their transparency and trustworthiness. There’s no fluff, no games — just a shop that tells it like it is, charges fair prices for high-quality work, and treats you like a valued customer every time you walk through the door. Highly recommend Omega Auto Werks if you’re looking for honest people, fast and reliable service, and a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.
