Stopped in because I was having battery issues with these current frigid temps. The manager was very helpful. He tested my battery to confirm it needed to be changed and then had a new one installed in no time. Great customer service and prices. I will continue to utilize this store. Thank you!

The team at New Georges Creek Rd are AWESOME! They helped a holiday traveler with a frozen windshield. Great customer service -friendly and knowledgeable. They offer choices for all price points.

My car blew a heater hose driving down 68 and I tried to ignore it, until the coolant got low enough that the car said, "hey, I'm overheating here, please put some coolant/water in!". Luckily I was able to make it to a church for some water and then limped over to this O'Reilly. Let me tell you, the folks here were SOOO accomodating. They had the hoses in stock (must go bad often, yikes) and they provided me with the tools to do the job in the parking lot. Took about an hour and was able to buy coolant and use their water to fill back up. I'm so grateful for this store and their employees!

On December 26, my girlfriend and had an issue with our car 15 minutes before closing. A man (unfortunately, cannot remember his name), found the issue and helped us install the sensor, staying late to do so. The people replacing the AC also helped to undo a stripped screw and made sure everything started okay. We are so grateful for all of the help and would highly recommend this store!
