So helpful! Matthew Briscoe was the best! He helped me get a spare tire kit installed into my new vehicle. It gives me piece of mind. I was in and out, and it was seamless experience working with him and the service department. The afternoon appointment was very convenient. Also big shout out to Faisal and Kevin for finding this brand new vehicle for me and helping me through the leasing process. I LOVE my new car and am so happy!!!

Darius Drew was our sales representative. He showed us vehicle that met our price point and desired specifications. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After we decided which one to buy, he discussed financing options and processed the vehicle quickly and efficiently. His no-haggle approach was appreciated. My wife and I just bought a car from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in Bowie. From the moment we walked in to the final delivery we had an excellent experience. Buying a car is never an easy experience but the entire team at Ourisman were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Kevin, our sales representative responded immediately to my internet inquiry and sent me a great video of the car. We scheduled a test drive and Kevin and his associate, James had the car ready to go. Kevin and James made sure we were comfortable and assisted in beginning the process. Our negotiations were friendly and transparent and after a little back and forth and help from the Sales Manager, Faisal, we purchased the car. Joe in finance, was very helpful in finalizing all the details while we talked about our mutual interest in music. Kevin, James, Faisal, and Joe were friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout. Update #2 - We ended up getting with the GM and she took care of everything. She even helped us get out from under our upside down car and we bought a car from them. Update - The GM reached out to me almost immediately. She was great and hopefully we will get this resolved. We had recently moved to Bowie in December and our car died. We had it towed here to have repairs done and they "fixed" it. The cashier pressured us to five a five star review while we were there in order to get a discount on our services. We were told they could give us $50 off if we left a five star review, but only if we left them a positive review. When we got it back, the odometer was reading in KM instead of miles. We didn't rush to get it fixed because it wasn't a big deal and it was the holidays. We took it back finally to get them to take care of their mistake. Was told that this was a separate issue and they would have to charge us to diagnose the issue and to repair it if it wasn't due to the previous repairs. Mind you, this was not an issue before their repairs.
