I brought my Highlander to the body shop after it was hit by an Amazon truck. From the initial drop-off to the regular progress updates and the final repair, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. I am very satisfied with both the repairs and the overall handling of the situation.

I recently had my 2025 Toyota Prius Prime repaired here after it was hit by a deer, and once again this body shop did an absolutely amazing job. This was actually the third car I’ve had fixed at this location, which says a lot about how much I trust their work. I drive an hour and a half to come here, and I do it purely because of their outstanding service, quality repairs, and professionalism. Every time, my car comes back looking like new. A huge thank you to Maria, who helped me so much throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made a stressful situation very easy to handle. Her customer service is truly exceptional. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service from their team. Ourisman Collision Center of Edgewood showed such PROFESSIONALISM, and HONESTY. We were informed weekly on updates, and where our vehicle was in the process. This bodyshop REALLY proved to be NOTHING LESS than REPUTABLE!! Our vehicle was restored to BRAND NEW, in appearance!! Thank you to the whole team!!

Update: 6/27/24.. Not even 6 months and the Bumper is coming apart at the Clips. Here we go again, back to the Shop of What can we not Fix Properly this time. Let's see what excuse we get this time and how many trips to fix it. See Updated Pictures Below. Don't worry Business Owner, we know you don't care otherwise you would have in place more than a Service and Body shop manager at the Dealership to help Customers with these Issues Worst Experience ever and its still not over..4th trip coming soon, to fix a 7 month old vehicle.I'm leaving this review because I want Toyota and the People that build these Excellent Vehicles to know how this place is fixing them and calling there selves Toyota Certified and a Gold Standard. Please take a look at there work over the last 3 visits.You will see the scratches to the fender and also how they installed the black trim above the tire well..Nice job..that was only the beginning...next time in.. look at the bumper cover, looks like we dont check to make sure its on or a faulty part, o well the customer wont notice...or just blame the insurance company...that aways works...Wrong...third time in, another New bumper cover nice Orange peel paint job(right below the headlight, best view) ..The Nightmare continues and so does the countless time I have lost over a vehicle that they said each time was 100% fixed..Fyi....I already reached out to the Business owner he was to busy to talk to a customer, so I decided to leave this Review..
