Great service from my first call to set things up. They arranged the rental car, called to let me know each step being done. My insurance company uses and partners with Ourisman Collision Center so I know it’s a trusted honest place for repairs. Great experience.

The team lost my truck keys and tool box key but didnt inform me until after I had paid online. They made new keys for the truck but now the key and fob are separate. Still waiting for the locks to arrive so they can change the lock on my tool box so for now I had to empty everything out of my tool box to keep it safe because I have no way of locking it. Also they did 2 separate estimated and fail to realize they would have to remove the logo on my truck to blend the paint and when they did realized the called me an explained and uncharted me for something they missed twice but something Darcars caught in their original estimate, which was cheaper, but I opted for Oursiman because they didn't see the need to remove the logo. When I pointed these things out all I received was a bunch of apologies but nothing to compensate for any inconvenience they had caused. Their Sales department and service department are excellent but the Collision department leave a lot to be desires especially the tem member Johan.

Really good job. Also one of my vehicles are a chevy and bought at this dealership. I 've never really had an issue with them and i've always had a good relationship with them. Mr Mills is a service Mgr in the service dept.
