I took in a Jeep Cherokee for service and there were signs that the engine was bad and these guys missed it and did $1000 worth of maintenance work and my car overheated a few days later and when it got towed in, they said I needed a new engine. Apparently the tech didn't realize the color of the coolant was wrong because oil had leaked into the coolant from a bad head gasket. If he was competent, then he would've noticed and I could've put that $1000 towards the new engine instead of wasting it doing maintenance on a bad engine. I ended up towing it out of there and got a new engine at a different Jeep shop. Stay far away from this place! They suck!

Angie & John both were so great!! I had such a great experience with this electrical repair service! From the very beginning, they were kind, professional, and quick to respond. They came out right away to check the issue, kept me updated while the part was on order, and once it arrived, the repair was done so fast and efficiently. Everything from start to finish was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and top-notch work — highly recommend!

This shop, technicians and staff was beyond amazing especially Roxy and Chris! I decided to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed here after having several mechanics tell me different things and seeing oil leaking. The way I was treated was beyond amazing. I was very nervous about the dealership pricing but they worked with my budget and helped me with other options like financing. This was a major blessing for me because I have so many bills right now. The text messages with updates were amazing because I work so much I could not really answer calls a lot. The text updates about my inspection also included pictures/videos which is amazing. I really appreciated there open communication. It is nothing like finding a great mechanic.

No direct contact, no call backs, no transparency I would not recommend Ourisman Jeep Service in Bethesda. There is no way to contact the service center directly as phone numbers online are disconnected, and the number in appointment emails/texts routes only to a call center. I was told a manager would call me back before my appointment, but after a week and three follow-up calls the day before, no one ever contacted me. When I asked a simple question about cost for a TSB update (a feature that should already be included with my lease), I was told “we don’t think there is a cost, but if there is, we’ll call you once your car is here.” Why would anyone leave their car for one or more days without knowing the cost upfront? This is not good customer service, and I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Run away! Push the car away if you have to. Kid you not! My car was acting weird during the ignition so I took it from a Whole Foods 300ft down the street to this shop. Upon diagnostic test this is what I was told I must do to make my car turning on smoothly again. Jeep people: 1.” Coolant Expansion Tank Replacement: coolant hose leaking and coolant bottle” - $950 LIES! 2. “ Tune Up 4 Cyl: Inspect and found spark plugs out of spec” -$500 LIES! 3. “Battery replacement” -$500 4. “Fuel induction” - $320 Besides that they also found engine filter bad, air filter bad, brake pads needed change and what not…the total was like $3,500 or something like that. When I asked what is absolutely necessary to be changed they said coolant expansion and battery are a must but they can’t guarantee that will fix my car. I was like this sounds crazy the car was just fine yesterday now all of a sudden I gotta pay 3k to make it work? I took it to my usual mechanic and two days later I got it back the only problem was the battery -$320 and I gave them $$30 tip because I was so happy I didn’t spend $3k on some imaginary problems. All the prices are inflated at this shop and some services are up to 4x as much as at my regular mechanic. I don’t write reviews but this is just wrong.
