I live in Northern VA but bought my Jeep Sahara here, I was looking for a very specific color, Snazzberry, & they had one! David Williams was my salesperson & he was nothing short of a blessing to me! I had bought a Jeep prior to meeting David from another dealership in MD, Criswell, & they were complete garbage! The entire experience was just so awful & when I saw that Ourisman Kia also had a Snazzberry Sahara worth going to look at my expectations were extremely low & I was expecting the same poor service. But then I met David Williams! He was SO good to me & knows everything there is to know regarding Jeeps. The way he treated me was SO awesome and it honestly made me really emotional because I didn’t think people like that still existed. Even after buying the car back in November he’s still such a huge help to me whenever I need something. I’m grateful for having met him & will only buy a Jeep from David going forward, his expertise & knowledge is second to none. Thank you, David for being a true gentleman!

I just bought a brand new Kia and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Kai was amazing from start to finish and answered every single question we had. We were already in love with the car, but he made the most stressful part (looking at final numbers 😅) feel painless. When we got to financing, Troia was an absolute gem. She was so patient and knew her stuff inside and out. She walked us through different options, worked with us on the numbers, and honestly found us a deal we just couldn’t say no to. She’s a big reason on why we drove off the lot in a brand new car. This dealership has a genuinely great team. Surrounded with people who actually want to help you, not pressure you. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you want a smooth, honest car-buying experience.

I recently purchased a Kia Carnival from this location and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson, Alex, provided exceptional service by addressing all of my questions in advance, which made my visit to Bethesda very efficient. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was prepared for my review, ensuring a smooth and seamless process. In past experiences with other dealerships, I dreaded going car shopping because I felt that time was often wasted with salespeople attempting to upsell or engaging in lengthy negotiations; however, that was not my experience here. I appreciated that Alex demonstrated respect for my time, was attentive without being pushy, and maintained a professional and courteous demeanor. I left feeling happy with the vehicle, service and deal that I received. This by far, has truly been the best car buying experience I or my husband have ever had.
