Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment time was for 7:45 am and the vehicle was dropped off the night before. Received a call at 10 am from a service advisor saying they were just now getting the vehicle in the shop. Was told it would be done by 3 pm. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30 pm and they were literally just pulling it out of the shop. This is an ongoing thing with Ourisman that has happened most of the time when you have a scheduled appointment. . What is the sense of having an appointment if your vehicle doesn’t get serviced at the scheduled time. I have brought this to the service advisors attention and the service managers attention. This service should take 30 mins to complete. If I just showed up my vehicle would be serviced immediately while I waited. The answering service is completely separate from the dealership. There is a huge disconnect there and things would be so much easier if you were able to speak to a service advisor to schedule appointments.

They are so friendly for one. Secondly. They are thorough. I love the fact I can pull in in a dry warm area and get out of my car. It’s so safe. I love the text messages from them on updates. They are top notch care for my vehicle.

Since Oursman purchased Ramsey Ford the service has gone downhill. I have a 2022 F250. I originally brought it in at 10,000 miles for the regular service and to have a noise, that sounded like a loose heat shield vibration. The service department completed the service and said they could not find the source of the noise, but they did find that there were a lot of metal shavings in the rear axel, they had it for about a week and replaced the gears in the rear, still the noise remained. After four visits to get the noise diagnosed and them telling me they tightened every heat shield. After at least four visits to fix the noise they finally found a loose heat shield and fixed it. After the rear rebuild a new clunking noise started. In attempting to fix this new noise they replaced the lockers and the drive shaft to no avail. Finally after complaining about the noise and them unable to find or fix the noise a chief mechanic took a ride with me, he heard the noise and knew right away what it was. The ring n pinion in the gears was out of specs as far as the back lash spacing. They had the truck for another few days to get the shims and correct the spacing, the noise is still present, but not as bad and they tell me this is “normal”. During one Saturday oil change one of the kids working on the weekend failed to put the oil cap on correctly and a few days later i started smelling oil burning on the engine, i pulled into an AutoZone and found the cap was gone and I was about 2 quarts low. Luckily AutoZone had a replacement cap and ford oil there so i fixed that problem. Before the power train warranty expires im going to go to another ford garage and verify the noise is “normal” or if it needs to be fixed.

It’s rare to find a service department that combines speed, quality, and great customer service, but Ourisman Tri-State Ford delivered on all of it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs. 🚙✨

I had a branch land on my car, completely destroying my sunroof and windshield and denting my roof and hood. The work the team at Ourisman did was impeccable, and Chris kept me updated every step of the way with where we were in the process. The team coordinated with my insurance and the rental company so I didn’t have to lift a finger to make sure the administrative side of things was handled. My car looks as though nothing ever happened and I was so glad that the team made sure things were done right, even if it meant they had to break the uncomfortable news that work might take longer than initially expected (completely unpredictable issues with my EyeSight system). I’d recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork done in a heartbeat.
