I was greeted when I walked to the door. I was help right away, very sweet and friendly young lady. Helen Pereira took great care of me, I was getting my car appraised.

*Warning!* I don’t usually write reviews, but If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We brought my fiancés 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan (which we bought from Ourisman Volkswagen brand new) to have an oil change done and immediately started having issues with the car afterwards. A week after the oil change was performed, the coolant light in the car came on, so we took it back to them and verified that all fluids in the car should be “topped off” when performing an oil change, which they confirmed, and they filled the coolant up for us that day at no add’l charge since they had missed that when we brought the car for an oil change. Then, a few weeks go by and the oil light comes on in the car and we notice the car is running out of oil to the point there was zero oil left in the car (the EPC light came on in the car as well and this caused the car not to go past a certain speed.) We took the car somewhere else that we trust, to have it looked at and diagnosed, and it turns out there was oil all over the engine bay (which they said could’ve been caused by a sloppy oil change) and under the vehicle. But they also said there was an active major oil leak in the plastic oil pan, which was never mentioned to me by anyone at the Volkswagen service shop, how was this missed by the technician that did the oil change? Probably because the oil change wasn’t done properly or was rushed, but if the technician had taken the time to simply look at the oil pan, he would’ve noticed there was a large crack in the pan, unless this was somehow caused while the car was being serviced for the oil change, which I don’t doubt at this point. So after the fact of all of this happening, I call the Ourisman VW service center up and I get ahold of Marvin Yoon, the service manager and I explained to him the situation, all he said to me was “I know the technician that did your oil change, he’s good at what he does, he’s reliable.” He then asked me to send him pictures and documentation from the other shop that was working on the car and once I sent him the photos, he told me he would inform the service director and get back to me. That was a lie, he has since ghosted me, I’ve tried calling them, emailing them, and they will not respond. Terrible customer service and these people do not care about your car, they will only make your car worse so that you’ll bring it back to spend more money on servicing your car over and over. DO NOT GO HERE!

I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat in because of a strong gasoline smell. The dealership misdiagnosed the issue as a leaking fuel pump gasket and quoted me $1,356.05 for the repair. After getting a second opinion, I found out the real issue was a cracked fuel pump. I had it repaired for way cheaper at another shop and kept the damaged part as proof. When I questioned the high quote, the dealership stood firm first then suddenly dropped the price by over $450 without giving a clear explanation. Their own paperwork showed a quote of $225 for the same job, but they never mentioned that again. This raised serious concerns about transparency and honesty. I received multiple vague calls and follow-up messages. Only after filing complaints with the FTC, NHTSA, and the Maryland Attorney General did they finally agree to refund the diagnostic fee. If you want fair pricing, accurate diagnosis, and honest communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for service. Make sure you calculate the hours and labor rate before agreeing to anything.

Unethical practices for sales! Service is pretty good I have been coming here for about 2 years. Recently I got a text from Brian Dekert the General sales Manger telling me I would get up to 130% for my car, by text, said they need inventory. I drove all the way there to find out it was a gimic, DONT COME, ITS CLICK BAIT. I was offered about 30% if I buy a car, not happy and if I don't speak to the head in charge I will take my business, daughters business elsewhere. Ridiculous practice, there are other dealerships for volkswagon. Mr. Chi what are going to do about this??

I bought my car here and recently came in for a service. They wanted to charge me $1150 to change fluids that they hadn’t even checked before. The $35 tire rotation that they listed on their website is actually $50. The oil change was going to take 2 1/2 hours. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
