My truck had flat tire that couldn't be changed out on the side of the road, I had it towed in to them late in the afternoon like 330. I was thinking i was going to have to call out for work, but no, these professionals fixed it the same day. Mr. Kyle was absolutely awesome, he helped me the entire way, he was even who took my call initially. Offered me tea and coffee, nice waiting area with TV, overall just a pleasant experience. The biggest thing i liked, and I'm just speaking from experience, but it seems like when you take it in somewhere, in a week, another check engine light is coming on, and your left wondering did they do something? I never had that happen here, many of our cars have went here over the years, this place just feels different, and that's refreshing. Edit- I made this review knowing I was about to come in for 4 new Goodyear wrangler rt-lt's, an alignment, and a tune up. I wish I would've gotten Kyle again. Tim is not friendly and overall I can't call him what he really is on here. My wife called asked Tim how much tire installation is and he gave her a smart comment, if you can't answer your customers right then I'm not coming back to you. I was about to drop 3-4k with you guys because I genuinely liked my service this last time, but Tims' poor customer service has ensured I will never return. Auto places are everywhere, customer service should be your top priority. So yeah, 5 stars to 1 star in 2 days because Tim is an absolute jerk.

Palumbo’s Car Care Center was excellent from start to finish. I brought my 2021 Ford Explorer in for a torn CV axle boot and a brake inspection. They were honest, thorough, and clearly explained what did and didn’t need to be done. The CV axle replacement was handled quickly, and they confirmed my ball joint was fine instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. I also had all four brakes and rotors replaced, and the pricing felt very fair for the scope of work. The 24,000-mile warranty and parts coverage gave me real peace of mind. Huge shout-out to Jenna at the front desk — she was fantastic, super responsive, and even followed up by phone when an email didn’t come through. That kind of service is rare these days. Highly recommend Palumbo’s for honest, skilled work and great customer care.

Palumbo’s Car Care Center, Inc. is an excellent car repair business. We have been taking our vehicles there for 16 yrs!!!! Employees are very friendly, extremely knowledgable, TRUSTWORTHY and provide excellent service to their customers!!! We were having an issue with our 2010 Dodge Journey battery. Due to where the car manufacturer placed the battery in the vehicle, makes this repair extremely difficult. We called Palumbos and spoke to Kyle. Kyle is AWESOME! He told us to bring the 2010 Dodge Journey to Palumbo’s that same day. Palumbo’s service team replaced the battery, excellent service and excellent price! Thank you Kyle, Steve and Tim and the entire Palumbo’s Team for always taking excellent care of our vehicles and always giving us peace of mind knowing we are in good hands as you always take excellent care of your customers and their car care needs!!!! Thank You!!!!

They were honest & reasonable… they had great phone courtesy when I was trying to explain the issue with the car. He took time to hear my concerns, he stated that he will let me know what exactly my car issues were and didn’t overcharge.. I will be going back to this company again. I took my vehicle in, rather concerned about my safety, and worried about a potentially expensive repair. They made an appointment promptly, assessed quickly and offered options. They were attentive and helpful. The situation was resolved very fairly. I appreciate the help and service they provided.
