Me and my family have been to parks now for the past 5+ years and we have came there for oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, tire patches, battery replacement etc. each time i go there my car feels brand spanking new every-time i get my maintenance done. I’m always super happy with their service. Thank you to Kevin for great service there. I always have a great time talking to him when I’m there. If there’s any benefits you guys offer that I can claim that would be great. Thank you guys for your hard work and efforts for me and my family!

Triple A sent out someone from Parks Auto to change a flat tire. Dude comes out takes the flat tire off and couldn’t get the spare off from underneath because we didn’t have the key to unlock to spare. Truck is brand new and dealership never gave us one. So he leaves and we call back to see if they have a tool to be able to do it. First thing, the guy lied and said he had already put the spare tire on. He did not. So they send him back out and he is rushing around and gets the spare tire on. We walk out to the truck after he leaves and the key to start the ignition of the truck is broke in half. Never said a word to us. We guess he tried to unlock the spare with that key and broke it and didn’t say a word. On top of already lying about doing his job, he then went back and reported to his boss that the second time he went came he didn’t do anything because he has “already put the spare tire in the first time he came out”. Very bad business very bad employee. When we tried to call them about this all, they continued to hang up on us. More to come out on this situation soon….

Cleanest professional tow service I've ever seen! Tractor trailer sunk on shoulder they were able to winch out. Wasn't even 30 minutes from time of call to when I was pulled out. They have new proper equipment. Not some bo gater. Definitely a number to save for drivers east of bay bridge.

We broke down on the way to St. Michaels for a wedding. We got towed and repaired and back on the road in 3 hours. They were accommodating and friendly.

A huge shout out to Kevin for getting my teenage son back on the road. His truck broke down nearby and he was 4 hours from home. Kevin not only made sure to work him in when AAA dropped the truck off, but made sure that he was able to drive the truck home despite not being able to get all the necessary parts for a full repair. Kevin made what could have been a very stressful and inconvenient situation smooth. I doubt I’ll ever be back in that area, but if I were I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on my vehicles.
