Not a legit company! Here's my experience. I paid the diagnostic fee for them to diagnose a problem to my 2012 Jeep Patriot because I did not know what was going on with it, of course. They diagnosed it to be only the starter. The amount was $518 with the part, labor, and diagnostic fee. Just for this alone. When the starter was put in the truck, it still did not start & did the same things it was doing before the starter go put in & I was then told after spending the $518 I now needed a alternator. Both problems should have been told to me in the diagnostics so everything could have been done on Saturday. On Sunday, I had to now pay them to come out again causing me to have to pay double labor pricing when i asked him how much additional it would be he said "I will look out for you", and never told me a price but Grand total was $763 because my alternator was under warranty and I didn't have to pay for that. Even after he said he would look out for me on the cost because it was their mistake, HE DIDN'T. When questioned about it he got rude. Lastly he doesn’t even have receipts to give to customers or invoices. I’ve asked this guy for a receipt for my services multiple times and still it is Nov 17th, he has not given me a receipt for the work he has done when he said he would send me an invoice. No address, no name, no nothing. I will say the young mechanic was a sweetheart but the owner is a get over. I got a alternator and a starter. They charge shop pricing so you might as well go to the shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND BE AWARE. *update on Nov 28th* STILL NO RECEIPT FOR THE SERVICES HE COMPLETED.
