PARS Automotive is hands-down the best shop I’ve used over the last 5 years or so after being recommended by a friend of ours. Knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate staff—no upselling, just clear explanations and fair pricing. Workmanship is top-tier, fast turnaround, great communication, and total trust earned. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. Their recommended preventive maintenance schedule A & B and other services are cheaper than the dealer. Highly recommend!

Update 2: yeah, Pars is officially *my mechanic*! I’ve started referring to them that way and it feels great to do so. Any time I hear someone say they need work done on their car I start saying, “oh, my mechanic is over on Joppa…” I really appreciate their service and integrity! Update: 2nd appointment was a much quicker process (brakes/rotors/no wait for parts) and the third appointment is already scheduled :) My first experience with Pars Auto has been so positive I’ve already scheduled an appointment to have more work done on my Outback. They are very communicative and some of the nicest folks! (And the work was delayed due to the holidays and waiting for the part to arrive, but I am happy to support a business who cares enough about their employees to actually give them time off!)

I am so blessed to have stumbled across this Gem of an auto shop! It is so hard to find friendly, competent, fair, and knowledgeable people to service your vehicle. But Mr. Ramin, son, & staff were Incredible and made an otherwise stressful situation manageable and easy to navigate. They really are top-notch, in every aspect of the type of service you need while taking care of your car. This was my first visit but I will definitely be returning and certainly recommending them to other others. I’m so appreciative

I’m very happy with the service that we received for our Mercedes. The staff is polite and helpful and the price we paid was reasonable for the amount of work that was done. If any additional work is needed on my car I will make sure to visit the shop again . Thank you Pars Auto Service
