Awesome service and value. The crew here is the best. I have had several major mechanical problems resolved. Steve and Dillion are master mechanics and Christine behind the service counter is a joy to deal with. All are very detailed oriented. The will help you avoid problems before they happen. If you have a BMW THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I trust them with my vehicle.

I could give them a worse review but, I just didn’t like how they wanted to go by doing business. I had a genuine bmw timing chain I wanted installed. Lady over the phone told me she wanted me to pay $200 just for a quote which is pretty crazy within itself. Biggest issue is I told her the exact job I wanted done but she said I needed an entire quote because there could be more work that needs to be done. Anyway I did get lucky and got another guy to do the job and install an air intake for probably a fraction of the price they would’ve quoted me. I’m sure they do good work I just didn’t like how they went about doing business. I get they need to make profits but $200 just to confirm they can do the job that I specifically want is kinda crazy. I’m sure bimmer Pasadena keeps everything very professional, but if you want more of a personal relationship with a business who treats you more like a person rather than a potential asset I’d recommend looking at other shops.

I’ve been all over the area trying to find someone to work on my older Saab. These guys came through. Competent, professional, and service oriented. They kept me timely updated with the progress of my car, conducted a top to bottom assessment of future preventative maintenance, and were reasonable in cots of repairs. I will continue to use these fine professionals and will recommend to others.

This was my first time visiting Pasadena Bimmer. After reading over the reviews I decided to use them for an issue I had with my Mercedes. Everything you read about Dylan and the business in the reviews is true! Dylan fixed my problem and even called me to explain in detail what was going on. Very professional and patient. The receptionist Christine was also very courteous and even offered advice to try and help me. As a Mercedes owner it can be a nightmare trying to find an honest shop but I am so glad I chose to give them a try. When I arrived Dylan took the time to talk to me to further explain what was going on with my car. I can’t say enough about the experience. I am returning with my car to have them do more maintenance work. Dylan, thank you and your staff for honest work and exemplar customer service! Best experience I’ve had yet with my Mercedes. Oh and they are priced extremely fair!
