I've been working with Katie in the office and also spoke to the owner Bob a few times. Very nice people and very responsive staff. I had some standing issues in a few different areas with my Tucson, which of course not a diesel, and they took great care to thoroughly check it, fix the issues, test drive it, and even kept it longer to ensure the issues between my battery and alternator were fully resolved as well. After all the struggles I've had with other service locations I highly recommend Pasadena Diesel Repair. They did some routine maintenance on my truck. The staff was great, especially the young lady in the front office. Fair price and good communication. I don't look forward to needing a mechanic, but if I do, I hope to have as good an experience.
