Passport BMW is my go to place for anything related to my car. The service they provide here is superb! The customer representatives do a fantastic job in explaining the issues, maintaining transparency, and even offering discounts when available. Want to give a shout out to Danny at the front desk. He has been great over the last couple of times I visited Passport for regular maintenance works. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a great experience at BMW Passport in Camp Springs, MD. The customer service here is truly on point. Everyone was friendly and made the whole process smooth, but all that wouldn't have been possible without Mandy C. She was my service advisor and took care of me from start to finish. Mandy kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell she really cares about her customers. It’s rare to get that kind of genuine service these days. If you need anything done on your BMW, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Mandy. She made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Always receive an outstanding servce from Mr. Harry Ayvazian. He keeps me updated on the situation of my car and explains procedures that's needed to be done. Sometimes he offered dealership programs how to save money on some auto services. I would like to commend also on Mr. Richie Uyan, the mechanic who always service my car. He's an excellent mechanic and very knowledgeable about his job. He always advises me on how to keep my in car in good running condition.

Passport BMW is definitely the place to be! I am very very impressed at how this gentleman Mr.Michael Jenkins aka “Mike The Terminator” gets straight to the point! He’s not only a good listener, he’s also defined as a professional trouble shooter. Each time I’ve had to have my vehicle serviced he hasn’t disappointed me as of yet. It’s been 9yrs and counting. His compassionate and polite demeanor goes beyond. I’ve even ear hustled at how he treats others while I’m in person. Nothing but a five star guy! He’s more than just a service specialist, this guy is built to dig deep in getting perfected results. Keeps me smiling every time.

I purchased an X5 from another dealer and brought it here for a recall service. I received my car back with multiple interior issues including: trim piece lifting and leather scratches. I called back within 10mins of leaving (it was hot from the car sitting outside and dark in the bay so I didn’t notice at first and just was trying to leave). The advisor told me she’ll call me back but then texted me later saying they’ll check with the technician tomorrow. I had to call twice the next day just to receive a text from the advisor stating they’re busy and will call me back. Only to then receive a text an hour later saying the technician didn’t touch the area and only went where the controller is. I asked to speak with a service manager, was told I’ll be called back, I’ve called multiple times myself, and not once did I receive a call back or text this time. I’ve even sent a screen shot of the video I received from the technician where he has the interior piece out of the car proving he was in fact in the area where the damage was mentioned. I’ve owned almost 10 BMWs since 2015, have brought my family’s cars here for service, and most importantly I just got this car. There are other interior issues I wouldn’t even think to mention that I was aware of prior, but I’m an honest person and these were not there prior to dropping my car off. I hate the idea of thinking “it’s not that big of a deal” but that’s my property to determine if it is or isn’t.
