I had the best experience from drop off to pick up at Passport Collision! Sean was my specialist throughout the entire process. I appreciated how kind and communicative he was throughout the process. I found him to be honest and a true gentleman! It was very difficult and traumatic being hit by a deer during the holidays so I appreciated the compassion. I am extremely satisfied with the work the team did. My car runs like new! 10/10 would recommend.

The service that I received from Sean and Ira at Passport Collision was impeccable! They were always one step ahead insuring the rental car was waiting for me and I received my car washes after the repair. I highly recommend this repair center they do a phenomenal job with the repairs.

This shop repainted parts of my car without my permission, lied to me about it, and returned my vehicle with damage. I brought my BMW M2 in for an insurance repair, which I now deeply regret. Without ever informing me, the shop repainted both rear quarter panels, which I only found out later after getting a professional diminished value appraisal and paint depth reading. When I asked them about it, they outright denied touching areas that had clearly been repainted, including the gas door, even though it’s obvious now that they did. They returned the car with scratches all over, including deep marks on the driver side mirror, the roof antenna, and initially the trunk, which they buffed out (poorly). You can still clearly see the spots they tried to cover up. The mirror damage remains, and I’ve included photos for proof. The paint quality itself is subpar with visible paint runs, embedded dust and dirt particles. It’s far below what you’d expect from any competent body shop, let alone a certified one. It gets worse: they installed the wrong emblem on the back of the car not once, but twice, and wanted me to bring it in again to fix their mistake at that point, I simply didn’t trust them with the car anymore. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I had to chase them constantly to move things forward. The originally quoted 30-day repair timeline ended up dragging out unnecessarily, and only picked up pace after repeated calls on my part. The shop and their rep Shaun were dishonest and dismissive, taking zero accountability. And if you’re wondering why they have such great Google reviews, it’s because they offer free car washes in exchange for 5-star ratings. Don’t let that fool you. None of the issues mentioned in this review were hidden or fabricated and none were resolved. I gave the shop multiple opportunities to make things right, but they refused. This experience was incredibly stressful, and it’s unacceptable how my car was treated. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same thing. If you care about your vehicle take it somewhere else.

When I got there to drop off my car for repairs, one of associates named Sean was really helpful to me throughout the entire process. He gave me an estimate of how long this type of repair would be and constantly kept me updated with the repairs of my vehicle. I really appreciated his help and Toyota collision center for their service.

From the time that I reached out to Sean to ask about dropping my car off for repairs to the time it was completed. I was very pleased, Sean walked me through the whole process from setting it up with the insurance company to making sure I had a rental car right away. He also kept me very informed each step of the way with the repair process. They are located about 45 minutes from where I live, however I will only go there because of how great the customer service is here. Each person that I came in contact with was very polite and respectful, even when it was time for me to checkout and pay. Great customer service is hard to find these days, However these guys are true Gems.
