Patrick is so cool. He has an awesome dawg that is a German Shepard. I went there for help and my car wasn’t turning off like it would before so he didn’t want to replace the alternator because he couldn’t properly diagnose it. Which was nice because he didn’t want to waste my money if that wasn’t the issue. Still waiting for tow truck but while he was open and I was waiting I got to hang out with him and his dog and he gave me water and cookies :)

Patrick Auto is the best!! Authorized Volvo repair facility. Advanced diagnostics so that when you go for appt parts are there and apt is quick. Extremely reasonable and conveniently located in Easton!!

As I reflect on this past year, I cannot in good faith enter into 2025 without noting this terrible experience I received this year with this company. What could’ve been a simple and kind auto body shop experience earlier this year turned into something I have been holding as a resentment all year, because of the unhelpful employee who found joy in being rude and cruel. I will not get into details but just know that your words hurt, and I hope you reflect and change your ways in the new year.
