Based on our experience with them, I will advise to stay away from this dealership. Initially the process was smooth. They said all the right words. My husband bought a dodge caravan. They mentioned that the car is great with no issue. We took the car home and the next time we drove it, it stopped in the middle of the road. When we called them, the first question was “how many miles”? Apparently, they offer only 300 miles warranty. With the way the car broke down, there is a high chance that they knew of the issues with the car. And the way they responded, it seemed that they were hoping we used the 300miles and we would be left to change the transmission by ourselves. Now they reached out to us saying they have changed the transmission with no proof of it and no warranty from wherever they claimed to have changed it from. They offer 30days warranty on a car that already failed in the middle of the road. We refused and are waiting for the correct documentation before picking anything up from them. Based on our experience, my advice to everyone dealing with them is BE VERY CAREFUL.
