Not super impressed with the work that was done. This is my 2020 ram that the dealer sent to them to have heated seats installed. Two weeks in the back heating pad stopped working. Found the wires just taped up together, no connector, no solder. Fire hazard quick install.

5+ Star Company! This is a rare "niche" capable company with host of experts and superior customer service. If you have vehicle, boat or other interior or upholstery needs - Paymer and Phillips comes with the highest recommendation. I had interior repairs on my 5 Series BMW and was extremely pleased with the high quality of work and quality control process employed by Paymer & Phillips. From the second I entered their office, top level quality customer service was apparent. I was able to get an immediate estimate, to include OEM parts. Ms. Shannon is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with, she coordinated with me over the holidays to get me scheduled, ensured OEM parts were ordered in advance, kept me updated and worked around my schedule and requested schedule change. Their entire front office is obviously well managed. They completed the job timely, in fact, a full day in advance of anticipated/estimated timeframe. The quality of workmanship was superior! Finally, I believe their pricing was reasonable and competitive - especially after seeing the quality of work. Thank you Shannon for your outstanding customer service, the estimator (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who was extremely efficient/responsive, and the shop team for the top quality workmanship!

What an amazing job! 10 out of 10! I'm late on this review because the work happened in June. But I had a couple of big tears in my driver seat, which is common for this vehicle from what I understand. I called around a few places and ended up just getting a patch. The patch lasted for a few months before the tears opened up again even bigger than before. I called Paymer & Phillips. They didn't patch it, they replaced the torn sections. And they were able to get me in very quickly and the while thing was very affordable - less than the price of getting it patched twice! New material, no patches! It looks great and it's still going strong! I would 100% use them again! Thank you!!! You can see the before and after in the pics.

I was sent to this place through Sunroof Express. I must say the experience was phenomenal! Super friendly service and my shattered sun roof was cleaned up and replaced within hours. The icing on the cake for me was that they wiped down and vacuumed my whole interior which was unexpected but so appreciated! I will be using them in the future for any glass repair. Thank you so much!

It was my first time ever getting something upholstered, so I had no idea how pricing usually works. They also didn’t do a good job explaining that costs depend on the stitching and the time involved. Naturally, you’d assume a big couch would cost more than a single chair, but that wasn’t the case and was never explained. I had two items done. The larger couch piece was quoted upfront at about $100, and I agreed. Then I dropped off a much smaller chair and asked if they could fix it too. They never mentioned it would cost $400. They started the work without telling me the price. Even though it was a fraction of the size, it ended up costing more than triple. I spoke with Michael (think that was my sales agent person) and explained the price was never communicated. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, he dug in to say there was no miscommunication although I never approved the work for the chair and would 100% not approved fixing a chair for a whopping $400. I would’ve paid without an issue, but he refused to admit they failed to give a price beforehand. I lived and I learned. One of those lessons was to never use you guys again.
